I finally have had further feedback from Wayne and just I just wanted to extend a huge Thank You for doing such an amazing job.
The client is still raving about it and you made me look so good! Every single person on the trip had a ball!
They said everything was amazing – the food, the staff, the service, the attitude!
Makes me really happy when a plan comes together!
I will be sure to continue to use you again in the future J
Wishing you a wonderful festive season!!!!!!
We're now safely back in the UK after a brilliant time and all our friends are completely sold on houseboats and Zim in general. Hopefully they'll be back with lots more people!
Thank you so much for all your efforts in making it such a successful trip. It was a big decision for everyone to come out to Zimbabwe for the first time so I was hugely relieved that it went so well. Umbozha was lovely and all the crew were fantastic. I'm amazed at what Innocence was able to achieve in his tiny galley and all of them did absolutely everything to accommodate the mix of children, fishermen, game viewers, drinkers etc....
Also, a big thank you for the champers which was a treat. Sipping bubbles with the sun setting over the Matusadona was probably way too civilised for my lot!
Anyway, Mark will be popping a review on trip advisor and hopefully we'll be touch in the not too distant future for another holiday.
Until then, best regards. John
