IMPORTANT NOTES: PONTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars

All rates are on a dry boat basis unless otherwise specified, meaning clients pay the Captain for fuel used after the charter

Boarding time Midday (unless otherwise arranged) disembarking 10.00 am (unless otherwise arranged)

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments are due on presentation of invoice

DEPOSITS:

Number of days prior to arrival

More than 3 months

20% deposit is required

Less than 3 months but more than 21 days to the date of your arrival

50% deposit of total amount is required

Less than 21 days to your charter/booking

Payment in full will be due on presentation of invoice and in most instances will not be refundable

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations in excess of 3 months to departure date client will be refunded less 10 handling fees

Cancellations less than 3 months to date of charter in most instances will not be refundable

Exception: if the booking is re-sold you will be refunded what you have paid towards your booking less 25% handling fee

If only a portion of your original dates are re-sold you will only be refunded those days re-sold less 25%

REFUNDS:

No show, no refund!

If you cut your trip short for any reason and have to return to harbor early due to bad weather, sickness, disputes on board we will not be in a position to refund you

Only in extreme situations (e.g. Mechanical breakdown) will a refund be considered and, in any scenario, the final decision or refundable amount will be at suppliers’ discretion
