Terms and Conditions of hire

• A provisional booking will be held for 5 working days and then automatically cancelled.
• A booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a minimum of 20% deposit.
• The balance of the total charter amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the date of departure and if they payment is not received the booking is treated as cancelled.
• No refunds if the client does not arrive for the charter.
• All national parks fees are for the clients account.
• The Manager / Owner has the right to ask a client to disembark before the end of the trip if their behaviour is unacceptable to the Captain.
• Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
  1. 60 days and over a 10% admin fee will be deducted.
  2. 45 days and over a 20% admin fee will be deducted
  3. 30 days and over a 30% admin fee will be deducted
  4. 15 days and over a 50% admin fee will be deducted
  5. Less than 15 days NO REFUND unless another client takes over the same dates.
