- Clients to Acquaint Themselves
It is the responsibility of the hirer to acquaint her/himself and all members of the party with these conditions. The client shall be responsible for the conduct of the members of the party during the duration of the charter. Indemnity Forms to be filled in by each passenger prior to departure.
- Booking Conditions
- A. To secure the booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit – which will be due 14 Working days from the date of the booking. And will only be confirmed upon receipt when the payment has been cleared in the bank. Thereafter failure to pay the deposit this offer may be unconditionally withdrawn without any further correspondence.
- The balance of the total amount is due 45 days prior to the date of departure.
Should payment not be made by this time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and the clients’ deposit will be forfeited in FULL.
- Upon receiving the Full Charter Fee – should there be a Cancellation made 60 – 31 days prior to departure the refund will be less 50% of the Full Charge, this will include administration fees etc.
- However should the booking be cancelled 30 days prior to departure the client will forfeit the FULL charter fee, Should a cancellation be due to an illness or any unforeseen circumstance we may ask for more details.
- In all instances the booking cancelled will only be refunded the deposit received less a 25% handling fee, Only on the condition we have found another agent/client to take over the charter dates ,

- Clients to board from 10:30 am - 12 noon Cut off time 2:30 pm at the latest - as boats are Not allowed to travel at night. Pax are Not allowed to stay on the boat in harbour – so should they arrive after 3 pm, other accommodation would have to be found at clients own cost.
- Disembarking at 10:30 am on departure day
- NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON ANY NO SHOWS OR WHERE A PERSON LEAVES A TRIP BEFORE ITS DUE END.
NB: PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Should there be any increases imposed by Government before the charter date, these increases will have to be passed onto the Clients and paid before departure.
NATIONAL PARKS/LAKE ENTRY FEES ARE FOR THE CLIENTS ACCOUNT AND HAVE TO BE PAID BEFORE THE VESSEL DEPARTS HARBOUR.(THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE 3PM). PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
