TERMS AND CONDITONS

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Should there be any increases imposed by Government before the charter date, these increases will have to be passed onto the Clients and paid before departure.

NATIONAL PARKS/LAKE ENTRY FEES ARE FOR THE CLIENTS ACCOUNT AND HAVE TO BE PAID BEFORE THE VESSEL DEPARTS HARBOUR.

To secure a booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit

• Payment to be effected in full 45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE
• CANCELLATION : 60 – 31 days prior to departure 50% of full price.  0 – 30 days prior to departure – Full Charge.
• Clients to board from 12 noon to 2 pm at the latest - as boats are not allowed to travel at night. Clients are not allowed to stay on the boat in harbour – so should they arrive after 3 pm, other accommodation would have to be found.
